A form-to-email processor with autoresponder and the option to send a copy to the submitter. Use any number of fields with no configuration, just write a form.
Just enter your subject, e-mail address you want to send it, your e-mail address, a message. and pick the file you want to zip and send. The script will zip just about any file and e-mail it. Includes a built-in user name and password authentication so no one but you can access it.
This script uses a state-city lookup database to find the local zip code. It can then do a search for items in a specified area. Requires ASP and MySQL.
